These are a couple of the cards we will be making for our May card club gathering. They are based on our Western VBS theme and the stamps are from the Giddy Up set from There She Goes stamps.
This one is for Sunday School teachers to send to their students who are moving up to the next class in the fall.
This one is for our VBS teachers to send out to the kids about a month after VBS is over. I got the idea for this card here.

Whatever the Weather
I am making cards for our church's outreach event - our "Welcome Summer" Community Fair. The colors for this week's Color Throwdown work perfectly. The only color I did not incorporate was black. The stamps are from PTI: Background Basics Medallions, Background Basics Super Stripes, and Hello Sunshine. This is the very first card I made, and since I messed up on the bottom section with the yellow, it will be my sample card which will go in my file. Now all I have to do is make 50 more of these!

Happy Birthday Simon, Again
This is my second entry for the Simon Says Stamps birthday challenge. I made another pink card just because I like pink, but this one is decidedly more feminine with the flowers. The stamps are from PTI this time. The layout was also suppose to be for a challenge, but now I can't find it! Oh, well. I still like the card.

Simon Says Happy Birthday
I am playing along with this week's Simon Says challenge which is to create a birthday card. How perfect, since I love making birthday cards, and I just so happen to have a great set from their store, the Absolutely die and sentiment stamps. I also used Super Stripes from PTI and some die-cut letters. Happy Birthday, Simon!

Baby Face
I just got the baby face stamp set from PaperTrey Ink, and I was looking for a way to use it. The Tuesday Morning Sketches challenge seemed to be just the thing I needed. I used Background Basics: Super Stripes, also from PTI, for the pink stripes.
